The Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive is an annual celebration of classic cars and dapper style, taking place on Sunday, September 29th, 2024. This unique motoring event unites enthusiasts of classic cars built 40 years or older, encouraging participants to dress in their finest attire and drive for a noble cause: men's health. Organized by passionate volunteers worldwide, the event supports Movember, a charity dedicated to funding research and programs for prostate cancer and men's mental health.

Participants in the Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive are encouraged to register online, create a fundraising profile, and share it with family and friends to raise awareness and funds. On the day of the event, drivers gather at designated start points to embark on scenic drives, connecting with fellow classic car aficionados along the way. Each city's drive route is unique, offering participants a tailored experience that celebrates both their fundraising achievements and the elegance of their vehicles.

This year, I will be joining the Fort Lauderdale, FL drive in my 1958 Ford F100. The Fort Lauderdale event trades the tweed jackets and polished brogues a an Aloha shirts andflower leis , I look forward to contributing to this global movement that combines the love for vintage cars with a commitment to improving men’s health.

Getting behind the wheel for The Distinguished Gentleman's Drive

Thursday 15th On Sunday, September 29th 2024, I'll be taking part in The Distinguished Gentleman's Drive. Together with thousands of classic car enthusiasts around the world, I will be raising funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health for the charity, Movember.

Before the dapper day, I'll be looking to raise as much as possible for the cause, to help men around the world live happier and healthier lives. With men's chances of developing prostate cancer later in life increasing, and one man dying every minute by suicide, we must do all we can to prevent more men from suffering.

This is something that affects us all and together, we can make a change. Please give what you can.
